The company, whose brands include Rayovac, Remington and Cutter, said in a news release that it is shelving plans to move its base to Miramar, Fla., home of Russell Hobbs. Spectrum Brands bought the small appliance company in 2010.2. Scott Walker's name appears in this column about how "anti-government right-wingers" like to say that government "doesn't create jobs."
